- Becoming a
- **Customer Service Specialist** with the Marni HQ Team you will take care, in the pre and post sales activities, of a defined customer portfolio in compliance with the Group's procedures and with the goal of maintaining the level of service defined and consistent with the Luxury Sector in which we work.
- How you will contribute to achieving these results:
- Managing shipments according to delivery windows and Supply Chain instructions
- Managing Return/Swap/Reorder
- Managing, investigating and disputing chargeback and quality claims
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments in order to meet customer expectations
- Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service and the achievement of the financial and delivery Goals
- Cooperating with other involved functions (Finance, Logistic, Production, Merchandising)
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree required
- English and Italian communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
An additional language will be considered as a plus
- Intermediate Excel skill is mandatory
- A previous knowledge of the system Stealth3000 will be considered as a plus
- Detail oriented with strong ability to multi task and with a strong problem solving attitude
- Enthusiastic team player
- Hands on approach
- Passionate for luxury products and markets
- A previous experience in the Customer Service in a Fashion Company will be considered as a plus
