Position:  Customer Service Specialist  Location: Remote Employment type: local EOR Contract    RESPONSIBILITIES: Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Provide clear and accurate information about the company's products, services, and solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to ongoing service improvements.

REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Danish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency.

Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts and overnight shifts.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
