**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

**Posizione:**:**Key responsibilities

- Provide support to facilitate sales and to achieve best possible daily service for all customer requirements (Total customer care)

- Create a professional and long term relationship with the customer.

Support of the sales activities by a proactive customer support

- Processing all subsequent actions related to orders (order completion, release of part deliveries, open order monitoring, provide requested style data files, etc. . )

- Handling of customer complaints on the basis of product faults, delivery errors, transport damages or losses.

- Processing of the returns and credit notes.

- Maintain, update and refine all customer data

- Keep track of sponsored, discounted items per customer or other special orders

- Providing a pro-active technical and commercial advise and proposal of additional or complementary products.

- Support of commercial activities & inbound and outbound follow-up

- Support the ASM, Key account and Agents in all cases where needed

- First line support for internal and external B2B users

- Special Sales order intake and handling

- Packaging registration

**Requisiti:**:**Requirements

- Preferably bachelor degree in economics, business management, sales or foreign languages

- Preferably 3 years experience in a similar customer service/sales support function

- Fluent in German and English, French and other languages are considered a plus

- Proficiency in IT packages: Excel, Word, Powerpoint

- Knowledge of AS400 is a plus

- Great personality with excellent communication skills

- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
