At our Porcia site, where around 2000 people daily contribute to our purpose, we produce cutting-edge washing machines and reinvent every day how to better take care of our clothes in millions of homes across the globe.

In this role you will need to create a preferred partnership with our key aftermarket wholesaler by enabling a simply outstanding customer experience, at the same time minimizing costs both for the preferred partner as well as for Electrolux.

The primary account that this role supports maintains a range of more than 17000 unique products with a just in time delivery model.

As well managing the day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth operation of the account this role will work closely with international key account manager to drive optimize our operations and is a vital player in ensuring KPI's are delivered.

**Tasks**:

- Follow customers' order flows for Central Key Account in Europe

- Work in close alignment with the Central Key Account Manager

- Maintain close contact with Supply Planning and Logistics by attending weekly calls

- Follow up on customers buyer claims and credit limits

- Prepare ad hoc reports for customers and/or for internal audience (mainly by creating pivot and vlookup tables)

- Identify, clarify, correct and continuously improve any IT system to better support the processes

- Check and analyse performance reports and KPIs to identify development needs

- Support the wider Central Key Account customer service team for other product categories

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience (2-4 years) in Customer Service area

- Solid experience in using Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel)

- Knowledge of SAP and APO DP will be considered as a plus

- Academic degree in business and/or technical field or diploma and equivalent experience

- Fluent in Italian and English.

German language will be a plus

- Strong customer orientation and ability to cross-collaborate as well as working in autonomy
