FAAC Technologies, a world leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Order Processing. Key Responsibilities:Enter orders received from customers/subsidiaries via standard PO or Configurator. Plan the production of the required equipment. Monitor the progress of the production of orders for which they are responsible. Guarantee compliance with commercial conditions indicated in the sales contract (payment terms, discounts, return conditions, net prices). Ensure the resolution of return shipments, non-conformities, and management of delivery delays. Provide customer support. Issue invoices and credit/debit notes in compliance with existing CEE and EXTRA CEE regulations. Ensure all activities necessary for goods collection. Issue logistics and customs documentation needed for export purposes. Monitor the customer's credit situation. Competences and Requirements:Degree in Foreign Languages and/or Economics or similar. 3-4 years of experience in the Sales Administration area. Client Service Orientation. Excellent knowledge of English and preferably a second language (German is a plus). Precision and accuracy. Risk Analysis Problem Solving. Planning Organization. Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
