Customer Service Specialist - Full Remote

We offer an **innovative technology and service** able to support any aspect of the voting process for many organizations in the transition from traditional (paper) voting to online/hybrid voting processes.
You will be involved in activities related to:
- Technical pre-sales, in cooperation with the relevant sales forces
- Supporting voting events/assemblies (e. g. , defining the schedule of activities with the customer, preparing the platform, supporting the customer during voting), also in presence during the event
- Management of complex voting processes (project management)
- Understanding the client's technical requirements
- Managing short training sessions delivered online to customers
- Providing technical assistance to customers with respect to support requests
- Managing customer voting support activities (sometimes on-site)
- Project management with the customer of the activities required to prepare
Each consultant takes charge of and follows the project in its entirety, allowing people to follow all phases, also with the help of the sales department, which is responsible for defining the customer's requirements in terms of functional demands.
**Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of the English Language and Spanish Language
- At least three year's experience in customer service activities related to technology solutions
- Good knowledge of the main IT tools (Microsoft Office)
- Based in Northern Italy for onsite customer support
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills and good problem-solving propensity
- Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS
**Contractual characteristics
- Permanent contract
- Continuous presence at our premises is not required (full remote working)
- Annal Base: 25. 000 - 28. 000.
Remuneration will be commensurate with actual skills and experience
**Salary**: Up to €28, 000. 00 per year
