Job Description:Manpower Permanent Professional, a company specialized in the Research and Selection of middle and top management professionals, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a company in the metalworking sector that constructs machines for plastic processing (over 100 employees).
The company plans to relocate its current headquarters to Lentate sul Seveso within a year.
SCOPO DELLA FUNZIONE
To provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring their needs are met both during and after the purchasing process, thereby contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction.
PRINCIPALI MANSIONI Assistenza tecnica ai clienti: Provide detailed technical support to customers regarding the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of blowing machines.
Identify and resolve any malfunctions or operational issues of the machines, offering timely solutions via phone, email, or online platforms.
Coordinate or assist remotely in the installation of machines at customer facilities. Gestione delle richieste di assistenza e riparazione: Record assistance requests, monitor the status of tickets, and ensure they are resolved within the expected timelines.
Work with technicians and internal teams to organize repair or maintenance interventions, both on-site and at customer locations.
Verify warranty conditions and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements in accordance with company policies. Gestione delle relazioni con i clienti: Regularly check customer satisfaction levels by gathering feedback to improve products and services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by responding quickly and effectively to their needs to promote loyalty.
Provide information on delivery times, spare parts, and options for machine upgrades or retrofits. Gestione dei pezzi di ricambio: Assist customers in identifying and ordering necessary spare parts, offering advice on which components are most suitable for their needs.
Ensure timely delivery of spare parts and resolve any issues related to delays or errors in shipments. Aggiornamento continuo delle competenze: Stay updated on new developments in blowing machines and emerging technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date support to customers.
Participate in training courses and technical workshops to maintain high technical skills. REQUISITI RICHIESTIConsolidated experience in the role. Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level). Technical diploma with preferably relevant experience in the metalworking sector/special machine construction. Preferable knowledge of CAE/CAD. Availability for short visits to customers.
