To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team: this position offers an opportunity to drive innovation in the mental health market. This position is exclusively reserved for candidates belonging to protected categories (L. 68/99). AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST YOU WILLAnalyze and pre-process incoming tickets using different customer care tools to better understand and categorize requests. When required, provide first level administrative and technical support to users, customers, or therapists through all available channels (forms, social media, email), ensuring adherence to established procedures. Report bugs or other critical issues to the Product Team and/or other involved teams and collaborate in resolution. Manage users, patients, and therapists database. Support in writing and maintaining content for the Help Center and team's email templates. YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:At least 6 months of experience in a Customer Care or Customer Success role. Attention to details and reliability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong digital skills and knowledge of main team collaboration and task tracking tools (Slack, Trello, Telegram, Drive, Jira). A talent in identification of issues (problem finding) and problem-solving. Strong attitude toward teamwork and collaboration with other company departments. Sensitivity and ability to understand user needs. Autonomy and ability to work effectively remotely. Efficient time management skills in a dynamic environment. Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment with continuously evolving priorities. Excellent knowledge of the English language. It is a plus if you have:Knowledge of Zendesk.
