Project : Mobile Operator Location : Athens, Greece (Remote) Relocation Package : 2 weeks of hotel accommodation Flight ticket (within the EU) Airport pickup Real estate agency fee covered Language Requirements : Italian : C2 Level (Fluent) English : B2 Level (Intermediate) Salary : Base Salary: 1, 100 EUR Monthly (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus: Up to 240 EUR monthly based on performance Working Schedule : Monday to Sunday, 09:00 AM - 9:00 PM (shifts within these hours) 40 hours/week About the Role : Join our team as an Italian Customer Service Specialist supporting a leading mobile operator.
In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and offer exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
