We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for our Intralogistics division.
Main Responsibilities: Manage tickets using the company CRM;Manage interventions: schedule field technicians' activities, interface with customers, estimate interventions, and define necessary spare parts;Provide support to field technicians for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or software issues;Provide customer support by phone with availability for on-call periods (nice to have);Organize training courses for field technicians, supervise their work, and seek new external partners or internal collaborators;Maintain and establish contacts with customers and undertake commercial activities;Draft offers for department services;Contribute to the product improvement/monitoring program. We Are Looking For: Reliable, determined, and dynamic candidates who preferably have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Candidates must also possess the following educational qualifications: diploma or short degree in electrical, mechanical, or automation fields.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical fields. Proficiency in spoken and written English to operate independently with foreign partners and customers; other languages are a nice to have;Good knowledge of the entire Office suite;Experience using management software, preferably ERP, ideally SAP;Ability to provide remote support via VPN to installations;Problem-solving skills;Excellent customer management skills;Organizational and managerial skills;Strong relational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in service roles in dynamic companies;Ability to understand customer needs and various potential issues;Residence not far from the workplace;Availability for dynamic, flexible, and responsive work commitments;Willingness to travel for short assignments.
