Moellhausen SpA ( an Italian Company as a world reference in the field of aromas and fragrances for more than 50 years, is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor Job Description The Customer Service Supervisor will join Customer Service Dept.
at the company's Headquarters in Vimercate (MB), Italy to coordinate the Customer Service Team, made of 6 people, in supporting our sales force actions, targeted to create new sales opportunities and maintain existing business.
The area of activities is worldwide.
Responsibilities Manage sales order process from the beginning till the delivery to final customer, including post sale activities and assisting customers.
Maintain and develop contacts with all customers in order to define orders, incorporate expectations and new needs by promoting the involvement of specialist functions to find the most suitable solutions and raising awareness of possible areas of risk and/or litigation; Ensure updating of Customer master data; Review and supervise bid requests for feasibility analysis and orders for congruence to bids; Prepare and supervise bids to customers; Collaborate with Scheduling and Production to set production schedule and assigns priorities; Keep customers informed about the progress of orders and samples; Manage and arrange transportation of products to customers; Train and support junior resources based in the Italian headquarters and in Dubai offices; Prepare and update indicators related to the objectives of his/her area ensuring that they are aligned with business strategies and compatible with the context of the organization, providing the necessary resources for their implementation Review the performance of indicators related to the objectives of its area and according to this revises the objectives Requirements At least High school graduation (social-humanities, language, law or economics disciplines).
(bachelor's degree will be considered preferred) Excellent in both written and spoken Italian, English and at least another language.
The knowledge of Arabic language is a plus Previous experience in Customer Service supervising Role at least of 10 years (experience in fragrance or cosmetics industry will be considered preferred) SAP knowledge is a plus Skillful and methodic way of working and organizing office activities Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Management and organizational skills Availability to travel Job Location Vimercate (MB), Italy Employment Type Full-time Moellhausen is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment, based on mutual respect and the enhancement of diversity, offering equal job opportunities to all qualified candidates.
