This role is based in Milan

Join TUI Musement as a Customer Service Support Advisor for our Contact Center and help to support memorable experiences for our final and 3rd party guests.

You will be the bridge between our customers and internal departments, serve them in different languages and through multiple channels, whilst giving support to first level Support Advisors.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- To follow and respect SLAs and KPIs;

- Provide excellent on-hand support to the first level support advisors;

- Take ownership/resolve mass issues and complaint handling;

- Technical issues reporting;

- Serve customers through multichannel assistance, tools and projects;

- The work is organized in shifts and include weekends and bank holidays.

**ABOUT YOU

- Speak professional English (C1-C2) plus a second additional language; Italian, French, German or Spanish;

- Bachelor or Master´s degree in tourism, Languages or equivalent

- Previous experience is a plus;

- Good communication skills with the ability to give and receive contructive feedback;

- Use your proactiveness to identify issues and ownership to solve them with a solution-oriented approach;

- Supportive within the team;

- Ability to work on a fast-paced environment where change is part of the daily work;
