We're looking for a Team Leader to manage our Customer Service team in Carpiano. Ready to learn more?
Your Daily Tasks:Provide excellent customer service and solve problems related to operations and IT. Help clients solve their issues and guide them towards solutions. Manage team schedules and holidays to keep everything running smoothly. Help your team meet their goals and keep an eye on their performance. Build strong relationships with important clients. Keep track of how the team is doing and report back to management. What We Need from You:At least 3 years of experience leading a team, with a focus on keeping the team working well and balancing tasks. You need to be flexible and ready to help out as needed. You should be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Italian. Experience in reporting to management is a plus. What We Offer:A dynamic workplace with a friendly team.
