Our Custumer and Service Departement is looking for a intern that will support the correct process of orders and that will collaborate with internal departments and customers in order to enhance business development.

The role deals with **Italian market**.

**Tasks & Responsabilities**:

- Handle sales orders, prices and discount conditions and anagraphic customers in ERP

- Provide orders to warehouse and logistic within daily cutoff

- Ensure the administrative handling of returned goods

- Ensure that invoices are correct and matched with conditions of original orders

- Monitoring of orders process from entry to delivery

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work with different priorities, flexibility, strong attitude to interpersonal relationship, problem solving and project management skills

- Knowledge of basic accounting

- Customer oriented

- Intermediate Office user

- Preferable administrative experience or trade marketing experience

- A previous short experience in company would be valuable

- Intermediate in English
