**Are you our new Customer Service Trainee?
At our **Busto Arsizio, Italy** site, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Trainee** to help ensure smooth communication between our clients and internal teams.
This is a great opportunity to develop key skills in client communication, problem-solving, and sales coordination while gaining real-world experience in the logistics sector.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Order Support** - Help process, track, and follow up on customer orders.
- **Issue Resolution** - Work closely with the team to address customer concerns and find effective solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management** - Support customer accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- **Sales Support** - Help update the client database, assist in preparing sales proposals, and follow up on potential leads.
- **Internal Coordination** - Communicate with various departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
