We are looking for young talents, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Agordo Operations Head-Quarters, where the history of our Company got started.

- Advising customers on stock availability, errors and 'out of production' models;

- Informing customers of progress updates on their orders;

- Working closely with the sales team; exchanging vital information on orders, deliveries and finance queries;

- Analysing the customer portfolio to ensure deliveries meet customer requirements, taking into consideration the customers' current account situation, checking delivery dates and informing the customers and logistics teams of orders to be shipped, ensuring service level targets and deadlines for shipments are met, and updating sales area managers accordingly

- Supporting the credit control function with resolving outstanding credit issues in order to minimize delays with future shipments and to help the credit controller with reconciliations when necessary.

- Responsibility for the management of the critical path from the initial placing of an order to the final delivery into the customer's warehouse; liaising with colleagues in planning and logistics departments in order to effectively manage customers' orders.

- Preparing reports on sell in, brands and clients performance, etc.

using different tools (mainly business objects, sap and/or excel );

- Working as part of a team delivering excellent results and working within the Luxottica core characteristics;

- Supporting the delivery of all marketing campaigns.

- Dealing with all after sales issues (short-shipments, defective returns, etc.

)

- Excellent work quality and attention to detail

- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills

- Experience with SAP an advantage

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively so to meet customer needs

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet company targets

- Adaptable approach with the willingness to learn new skills and/or take on additional responsibilities.

- Must be able to demonstrate a high level of adaptability

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Strong linguistic skills including fluency in English, and Italian being highly beneficial.

Other useful languages include Chinese, Spanish and German.
