Our Custumer and Service Departement is looking for a figure that will guarantee the correct process of orders and that will support and collaborate with internal departments and customers in order to enhance business development

**Tasks & Responsabilities**:

- Ensure/Manage sales orders, prices and discount conditions and anagraphic customers in ERP

- Provide orders to warehouse and logistic within daily cutoff

- Ensure the administrative handling of returned goods

- Ensure that invoices are correct and matched with conditions of original orders

- Monitoring of orders process from entry to delivery

- Coordinate all activities in order to verify and record debit notes or issue credit note

- Deal directly with customers and sales force either by telephone or mail for manage to customer inquiries

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience possibly in Food & Beverage industry or FMCG.

- Preferable administrative experience or trade marketing experience

- Knowledge of SAP is preferred

- knowledge of accounting

- Ability to work with different priorities, flexibility, strong attitude to interpersonal relationship, problem solving and project management skills

- Customer oriented

- Intermediate in English

- Intermediate Office user
