**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ

- 1 year temporary contract

- 1 year in Operations / Analyst experience

- Strong analytical skills

- Fluent in English and Italian

**Position Summary**:

The Customer solution Analyst will support business for the customer service activities, order management and reports.

In this role you will be highly involved in administrative activities, reporting and customer complaint resolution for the Customer Service Department.

This position is responsible for providing a customer end to end support troughout the order management process for Nestlè products.

**A day in the life of a Customer Solution Analyst**:

- Order management:

- Demand capture (sap table maintenance, order entry )

- Order modification(Pricing, quantity, request delivery date. . )

- Take corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow

- Daily contact with customers, sales force and internal customers(Pricing set up, credit, logistics, sales support)

- Collect all the customers requests and forward them to the proper department

**What will make you successful**:

- 1 year in Operation / Analyst experience

- Good analytical skills

- Good Excel mandatory & SAP (nice to have)

- Good Knowledge of English and Italian

- Good level of Initiative and willingness to learn
