**Posizione**:
Sysdata is expanding into the Salesforce space, and we are looking for an Professional Services Sales Leader to join our fast-paced and established team.
The CSD will be responsible for leading a team/POD focussed on a specific industry or group of industries and Salesforce products.
From an internal perspective, the role will involve managing portfolio of opportunities and a team of Customer Solutions Consultants to ensure the business achieves its revenue and growth targets.
Customer Solutions Director Responsibilities
- Building and Maintaining the Pipeline with Salesforce, Mule, Tableau and Slack - Growing our network within these organisations and ensuring we have a healthy pipeline of opportunities to work on
- Relationship Management - building and managing relationships with senior Salesforce Executives and Customers
- Developing Industry Propositions - Innovating and refreshing our industry propositions based on sector experience and existing CloudShift customer success stories
- Liaising with Customers - at key times during the sales and pre-sales cycle e. g.
discovery workshops, key presentations, negotiation discussions and customer onboarding meetings
- Managing and Mentoring a Junior Team - an experienced campaigner, you will be passionate about developing the next 'generation' to ensure they learn well and learn fast as well as perform to a high standard
- Account Management - supporting our Delivery team in managing commercial relationships with Customers throughout the project lifecycle
Requisiti:

- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different types of stakeholders across Salesforce and with Customers
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritise simultaneous requests and activities
- Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflict
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and written/verbal abilities
- Ability to manage commercial discussions with Customers
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
**Customer Solutions Director Key Experience
- 7+ Years Professional Service Sales or Pre-Sales Experience
- Delivery experience preferred but not essential
- Heritage in the Salesforce ecosystem
- History of leading small/medium sized teams
- Strong Salesforce interest and ability to learn new technologies
- Experience leading and managing discovery / design workshops with clients
- Experience with working with Salesforce Partners preferred
Please note this role does carry a formal sales target.
