**About the role**:

As **Customer Solution Partner** reporting to our Regional Sales Manager South Italy, your key challenge will be to drive and accelerate sales growth and penetration of our IDS product portfolio in Puglia Region and occasionally Basilicata.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- The development and maintenance of technical-commercial relations with the various interlocutors in the health sector (direct and indirect) of the assigned area and with the reference distribution network.

The identification of their needs, the development, management dedicated projects aimed at both satisfying the identified needs and offering customers the best experience (Customer experience), and at contributing to the care and safety of patients.

- The achievement of business objectives through the promotion, sale and implementation of IDS solutions and services according to the strategic-operative indications provided by Management and summarized in the assigned objectives (personal and team).

- The research, validation, planning and development of commercial opportunities in line with the strategic indications provided by the Management and in the manner envisaged by BDWoS and SFDC.

**About you**:

- Resident in Puglia Region.

- Graduated in Biology and/or Biotechnology or in possession of a secondary school diploma with proven sales experience in the laboratory diagnostic sector in the public sector

- English proficient

- CRM (SAP) proficient

- Proven experience in public tenders management (Gare d'appalto).

- In possession of a driving licence.
