Customer Success Architect

What we are looking for: The Customer Success Architect serves as a key technical and commercial reference, supporting clients, prospects, and partners to maximize the value of the company's products, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Main Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support to facilitate product adoption.
Communicate with clients and technical teams to gather feedback and identify potential product improvements.
Assist in the configuration and optimization of the provided software solutions.
Draft and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
Analyze and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
Monitor and evaluate product performance, suggesting potential enhancements.
Key requirements include: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering) or Economics with a strong technological background.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer relationships.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
In-depth knowledge of software distribution and management systems.
Expertise in regulatory compliance, including GDPR and data security.
Familiarity with key cybersecurity frameworks.
Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful product adoption.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have: Knowledge of Spanish and/or French.
