But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals.
Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out.
Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few.
Enter Moonfare.
Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50, 000.
Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market.
We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.

**Partner Success Associate (This is a Berlin-based role - relocation allowance provided)
As Partner Success Associate you'll lead with empathy and a solutions-oriented mindset as you support our high-value B2B partners through onboarding, fund raising, and post-sales.
You are part of a highly-valued team that puts fires out before they start and ensures that all issues faced by our partners or their investor clients are solved in a speedy, accurate, and timely manner.
You will have an opportunity to network with a number of high profile investors, wealth managers and wealth advisors and will be involved in the planning of their investment portfolios, whilst working in a positive environment where providing a "white glove service" to our clients means ensuring our Moonfarians are looked after first.
- **Implement and onboard**.
You'll work closely with the Implementation team to support the partners (and potentially their investor clients) through the onboarding process.
This includes configuring the platform according to specifications, making sure we have required documents, and answering any questions as necessary.
- **Next step: fund raising.
**You'll manage the operations of the all-important fund collection process once the partner and their clients are onboarded.
- **Post-sales support and beyond.
**You'll work alongside our B2B Sales Team to provide a high level of ongoing partner and investor support.
This includes any questions they have about anything Moonfare-related, keeping their documentation up-to-date, and liaising with Tech Support for resolution of any tech-related issues.
- **Feedback and data** is key to tracking user quality and satisfaction.
You'll work closely with our Sales Ops team to help build out reports that assist us in better understanding investor behavior.
You'll also track user feedback and share it with our Product team in order to continuously improve our products and user journey.

**Keeping the investors at the forefront above all else, you'll have room to come up with creative ideas and solutions to build out the Partner Success role, make our processes faster, more efficient, and more enjoyable.

- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a Fintech/Financial environment, ideally dealing with high-touch clients.
If you've provided "white glove" customer support, we want to talk to you!
- A strong desire to build a career in the world of investments.
- A people-person with a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and resolving issues-a satisfied client is your key to success.
- The ability to manage multiple requests at the same time, prioritizing effectively and executing with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to explain complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Bonus points for additional European language skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and push forward in ambiguous situations with mínimal guidance.
- CRM experience is definitely a nice-to-have (or tech-savvy enough to pick it up quickly).
