Through our artificial intelligence platform, we have automated millions of conversations through AI Agents, improving the business metrics of all our clients in any industry.

Our goal is to extend this technology on a global scale.

To do this, we need a **Customer Success Manager Intern**who can support our team in crafting a beautiful product serving the business needs of our millions of users.

**What you'll do**:

- Onboarding and training: guide new customers through the initial setup of our AI platform, conduct training sessions, and ensure they are equipped to make the most of our product;

- knowledge base creation: analyze customers' data and build a tailored knowledge base for our AI Agents, ensuring accurate and relevant information;

- conversational design: implement AI conversational flows and guided workflows to collect user data or trigger automated actions.

- integrations: configure API calls and support clients in installing our JavaScript widget, helping them seamlessly integrate our platform into their existing systems;

- retention and growth: maintain a strong post-go-live relationship with clients, monitor their health metrics, and proactively identify opportunities to expand the value indigo. ai provides.

**What we're looking for**:

- Strong technical aptitude: you don't need to be an engineer (even if you can be), but you should understand basic programming logic, know what APIs are, and be comfortable learning new tools quickly;

- excellent interpersonal skills: you're confident in building relationships with clients and thrive in a customer-facing role;

- experience in prompting and using LLMs;

- Italian language level at least C1;

- drive and ownership: you're eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibilities fast.

Our goal is for you to be able to manage your own clients and build virtual assistants by the end of the 6-month internship (with continuous support from the team);
