We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support growing our strongest markets.
You will be part of our customer success team and lead new customer project launches.
This role blends relationship management, technical expertise, and project leadership to drive successful outcomes for both clients and Orderlion.

What will you be doing Customer Onboarding.
You welcome new customers via a kick-off meeting, help setting up their accounts and complete the onboarding process with a training session for them to get the most value out of Orderlion.
Project Management.
Collaborate and coordinate between multiple stakeholders (customers, 3rd-party integration partners, internal teams), conduct risk assessment, main project timeframes, use project management tools to track project performance.
Account Management.
Build strong customer relationships, serve as their primary point of contact.
You recognize potential within our existing customer base and support our sales team to utilize growth opportunities.
Support.
You will provide customers with support via phone and email.
You participate in internal product testing sessions.
Process Improvement.
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve our internal processes for a high level of efficiency and automation.
One-on-One Mentorship.
As a team of serial entrepreneurs, you'll experience a tailor-made mentorship program led by our leadership team with a focus on long-term personal development to become an absolute customer success superstar.
What skills do I need?
Language Proficiency (all 3 are mandatory !
): Fluent English speaker (C2 level proficiency) (as English is our company language and for working with customers in UK) Fluent German speaker (C2 level proficiency) (for working with customers in the DACH markets) Fluent Italian speaker (C2 level proficiency) (for working with customers in Italy) Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience as Customer Success or Account Manager, ideally at Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startups - specifically onboarding new and developing existing customers Proven Track Record: Demonstrated achievements in onboarding and developing customers in high-performance environments.
Communication Skills : A powerful communicator with a positive, energetic attitude.
High Energy : A strong bias towards action and a high energy level to drive results.
Project Management Skills: You can prioritize well and can focus on execution.
You can drive multiple projects forward.
Optional: Technical acumen with ERP systems, EDI integrations, and APIs.

What happens when I apply?
3 Steps to Success: Step - Online Assessment: You will conduct a 30 minute online assessment to check basic qualification criteria for the role (language, experience, aptitude).
Project Case : You will participate in a 60-90min video call with one of our Senior Partner Managers together with our CEO and CTO where you will be role-playing some typical scenarios for the role.
Step - Deep Dive : You will have a 30 - 60 minute video call with a C-level executive to go deeper on prior work experience, your career aspirations and answer your questions about the role.
Upcon successful completion: Reference Calls: At the end of the deep dive call, we will ask you to introduce us to 2 former managers of yours to allow us to conduct reference calls via phone sharing their past work experience with you.
Decision Call : You will have a final 15min phone call to give you our final answer and potentially make the offer for the role.
