**Responsibilities**:

Work in close collaborationwithnewcustomersandfamiliespost-sales, offering tactical guidance and support forstudentsto embark onaneducationwithEF Academy

Buildand maintainstrong, lastingrelationships with current students and families, proactively communicatingwith them and responding to customer requests and complaintsin order toensurecontinuous retention

Generate referralsfrom key stakeholders such asstudents familiesand alumni

Work inclosecollaborationwith international stakeholdersacrossEFofficesand schoolsin order todelivera qualityexperience for customers

Desiredqualifications, competencies, and attributes:

Bacheloror postgraduatedegree

Full fluency in Italian and high proficiencyinEnglish (C1 Required)

Excellent, proactivecommunication skills, with a particular focus on empathy

Problem-solving orientation

Service-andsales-oriented, withexperienceselling academic/ international educationprogramsor high-endproducts

Experience of studying, living, and/or working abroad

Dedicated togothe extra mile

IB Diploma orboardingschool background is a plus
