Customer Success Manager - Italy - €50, 000 - 70, 000 + Benefits Our client is a fast-growing, global Renewable Energy business focused on manufacturing Solar Energy products and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) solutions.

They are currently expanding their distribution department and are looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to join their team in Italy.

In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships across Central and Southern Italy.

Some of your additional responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with distributors in Southern/Central Italy to ensure growth targets and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Support the partner sales team with sales opportunities to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and solutions based on customer needs.

Execute training programs for installers and distributors, educating them on product offerings and solutions.

Identify new sales prospects and opportunities to expand the business.

Requirements: Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of the Renewable Energy sector, particularly Solar PV.

Willingness to travel around Southern/Central Italy to visit customers and build relationships.

An existing network of installers or distributors would be very beneficial.

Strong language skills in both Italian and English.

Ability to travel to customers within Central and Southern Italy.
