Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a new Customer Success Manager to join the Italian team of October based in Milan.

**What you will be doing as Customer Success Manager
As the new Customer Success Manager, your mission is to build a lasting and valuable relationship with our Italian retail lenders.
You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of our Italian lenders.
Your main tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Acquisition: Grow the retail lenders community through online and offline acquisition (web acquisition, partnerships with blogs and Fintech players )
- Transformation: Ensuring that all registered investors have the best onboarding experience and understand our product to transform them into active investors lending recurrently on the platform;
- Engagement and retention: Develop a communication strategy based on multi-channel CRM campaigns and create relevant content for the October newsletter and blog to build a strong relationship with lenders.
- Support: Bring support to the Italian lenders on a daily basis.
Collect lenders feedback and report bugs to improve our product and processes.
- Data analytics: Define and track acquisition, engagement and support KPIs to understand lenders' behaviours and adjust your customer relation strategy.
- Compliance: Monitor legal and tax regulations relative to retail investors.
To provide the best customer experience you will be working closely with the Customer Success Team members located in Paris, Milan and Madrid and collaborate with cross function teams (such as Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing).
**The required essentials
- Experience in a Customer Success / Marketing position is a plus;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **both English and Italian** - French or Dutch is a big plus;
- You are passionate about technology and like working with digital tools;
- You are data-driven and rigorous;
- You are a self-starter who can effectively work independently with little or no supervision;
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and you love working with people!

- Proactive mindset and excellent time management skills;
