Customer Success Manager
We are hiring a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team, based in our office in Rome. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and success with our products / services. As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients, understand their needs, and maximize the value they receive. Responsibilities : Cultivate strong client relationships. Guide clients through their journey with our products / services. Identify growth opportunities for clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction and success. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to meet customer needs. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience with CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and other relevant tools is a plus. A passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
