Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a world-beating Customer Success Manager who will report to the Head of Go to Market and Customer Success.
You'll work in an international team where you'll manage a Customer Success Team in order to contribute to building relationships, reviewing customer complaints and concerns, and keeping clients engaged using our products.
You'll also be in charge of conducting onboarding sessions and trainings to ensure successful adoption and implementation of our SaaS tech products, and of developing and executing customer success plans.

**What You Have
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
- Proficiency in English and Italian
