**Your mission with us
As we are scaling, you'll play a vital role in ensuring an optimal experience for our B2B customers, both at onboarding and later.
As part of the core team in Italy, you will also play a key role in making sure our brand shines just as much in Italy as it does in other countries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- **Deliver a stellar onboarding experience for our new customers**: Be the point person for new clients, guiding them through our ERP system.
This includes data migration, user setup, and tailored training sessions to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation.
- **Become a product expert for your assigned accounts**: Gain a deep understanding of our ERP's functionalities specific to each client's needs.
This allows you to anticipate challenges, proactively offer solutions, and maximize their return on investment.
- **Cultivate long-term relationships with key customer contacts**: Regularly communicate with your assigned accounts, fostering trust and open communication.
- **Identify opportunities to optimize customer workflows**: Analyze customer usage data and identify areas where our ERP can further streamline their operations.
Propose process improvements and ongoing training to ensure they're leveraging the full potential of the system.
- **Advocate for the customer voice internally**: Champion customer feedback and success stories.
Communicate their needs and challenges to product development teams, influencing the roadmap to ensure the ERP continues to meet evolving business requirements.
- **Italian Market Champion**: Leverage your understanding of the Italian market to contribute to our marketing efforts.
This includes translating key marketing content for the Italian audience, and leading in-person events to showcase our value proposition.
- **Drive Customer Acquisition & Growth**: Contribute to the Italian market expansion by qualifying leads, crafting outreach sequences, scheduling calls, and generating positive testimonials.
Organize in-person events to foster deeper relationships with prospects.
