In addition, our client is platform-agnostic and requires mínimal set-up, meaning traders don't need to learn a new system to benefit from sophisticated decisioning that allows campaigns to scale while continuously improving the algorithm to boost full-funnel brand and performance outcomes.

**Posizione**:
As a Customer Success Manager, your role will be to teach campaign managers and traders how to use and leverage the software and therefore to actively participate in the adoption rate of the product by our customers.
This position will combine strong problem solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills.
You will be interacting on a daily basis with several stakeholders (account managers, sales manager, data scientists, product managers ).
You will report to the** Country Director Italy **and** the Global Lead of Account Management**.
**On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include**:
- Support pre-sales activities with product demo, best practices, specific insights
- Onboard new customers also agreeing on a master plan for their growth with the AI
- Ensure the success of campaigns managed
- Proactively send recommendations to your customers
- Lead training sessions & improve the skills of your customers
- Lead impact review sessions
- Enhance the FAQ section of the product with best practices generated from the unique customer situations you encounter
- Partner with the customer to deliver always greater results
**Requisiti**:
Minimum qualifications:
- Master degree from a top engineering or business school.
- Italian native speaker
- Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
- Highly efficient at managing their own time while being sensitive to your customer's needs
- 2 years+ experience in adtech, preferably in programmatic advertising
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years+ experience as a account manager / customer success manager / media trader
- Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset
- Abilities in French / German / Spanish are a plus
- Contract type: Full-time position
- Compensation: competitive package including fix salary + stock options.
