Our Customer Success Operations Department in Segrate (MI) is looking for aCustomer Success Operations Specialist (f/m/d) (100%)Your Responsibilities:Take part in daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and housekeeping exercise to keep good data integrity, to resolve incomplete orders and to keep a high delivery performanceRegularly work on troubleshooting allowing a proper weekly Sell Out posting and submission of all relevant documents before the Monthly ClosureLearn and constantly improve month end closing proceduresSupport stock take activities being the contact part for Customers Sales TeamAnalyze the stock taking figures and reconcile them with Sales counterpartPost the result in SAPSPOC for warehouse requirements and transportation support for all local mattersBe the SPOC for Sales Team and Customers to collect and negotiate VAS needs and collaborate with our warehouses in design and implement new VAS requirementsIdentify and resolve system failuresLead the team to act as SAP Key User and SPOC to actively provide training and support to new existing team members in case of specific requirements or new functionalitiesYour ideal profile:Experience in a similar role at least 3 years, preferably Operations experience in multinational companiesExperience working with huge data, analyzing figures, and producing reportsAccuracy and methodology in execution of operational tasksGood interpersonal and communication skills, showing a customer-centered approach; pleasure to work in a cross-border team and with different culturesAdvanced communication skills in English and Italian, both verbal and written; any other language is an advantageIT proficiency: Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel at advanced level, Word), experience with SAP (SD and BW module); experience in Salesforce (nice to have)Availability to travel for trainings and meetingsWe offer:You will never walk aloneAs a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
