**Why is the Customer Success Representative role important to us?
Quickparts is looking for a Customer Success Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they receive exceptional value from our products and services.
The Customer Success Representative will focus on proactively resolving issues, guiding new customers through onboarding, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth.
The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships by responding to inquiries, identifying solutions to potential challenges, and sharing feedback with cross-functional teams.
You will also oversee key metrics to track customer success and inform strategic improvements.
**In this role, you will**:
- Guide new customers through onboarding and training for seamless adoption of Quickparts' products and services.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to address customer needs and align on solutions.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential customer issues, working with internal teams to implement effective resolutions.
- Monitor customer health metrics, such as satisfaction scores and product usage, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and addressing concerns.
**You might be a good fit if (you have/are)**:
- 2+ years in customer success or a similar customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or supporting manufacturing clients (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex customer needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with HubSpot (preferred but not required) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- An independent, self-motivated approach combined with strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English required.
- Proficiency in additional languages preferred.
