Customer Success Specialist Spoki is a cutting-edge WhatsApp-based marketing automation platform that empowers businesses to communicate more effectively and at scale with their customers. Who We Are Looking For: We are searching for a Customer Success Specialist who is obsessed with customer success and marketing performance. You should have a data-driven and creative mindset , capable of translating insights into actionable strategies that maximize the value of our platform. You'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals while increasing engagement and retention. What You Will DO: Guide clients through their journey with Spoki, ensuring they fully leverage the platform's capabilities. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive adoption, maximize ROI, and enhance customer retention. Identify growth opportunities , providing creative and data-driven solutions to improve customer engagement. Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics , identifying trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience. Deliver training and workshops to help clients utilize Spoki effectively, offering personalized support and best practices. What You Bring: 2-3 years experience in strategic and operational marketing and/or marketing automation. A data-driven approach , with the ability to analyze insights and develop creative solutions. Strong relationship-building skills , guiding clients towards achieving their business goals. Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus). A proactive problem solver with a strong passion for customer experience. Experience in SaaS and digital platforms (nice to have). Technical Interview (60 min): You'll meet with the department manager for a role-specific discussion and possible case study.
