Job Title: Customer Success Specialist Location: Hybrid (Remote Office) Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Customer Success Specialist to join our growing software house. This hybrid role blends customer care with strategic business development initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting existing customers, acquiring new clients, and driving the success of our marketing and communication strategies. Success in this role means building strong customer relationships, ensuring seamless product demos and onboarding, and implementing account-based marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in contributing to the growth of our client base and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Primary Activities Manage customer care to clients, tailoring interactions based on customer ratings and needs. Conduct product calls and demos, showcasing the value of our solutions and promoting upselling/crosselling. Collaborate to define strategies and budgets for new customer acquisition and oversee their execution through business development initiatives. Secondary Activities Support the setup and optimization of email marketing and marketing automation campaigns. Collaborate to manage communications for corporate brands, including creating marketing materials, launching promotional campaigns, and introducing new features. Oversee collaborator management, including coordination with external agencies and freelancers, as well as scouting potential new partners. Qualifications Hard Requirements Proven experience in the IT industry (preferably in Software Houses). Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms and ticketing/customer care solutions. Hands-on experience with CRM tools. Ability to conduct product calls and demos effectively. Soft Requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven proficiency in English (written and oral). Good knowledge of Spanish (written and oral). Preferred Requirements Knowledge of an additional foreign language is highly desirable. Why Join Us?
