JOB IS IN LISBON PORTUGAL and a CV in english is needed.

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact of customers to directly attend their inquiries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot of system configurations and network settings.

- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer's inquiries

- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Your Profile

- Native or Proficient (C2) French or Italian and fluent English (minimum level B2)

- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit

- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus

- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
