What you'll do Provide first-level support to customers and partners, ensuring a seamless experience Document and manage detailed logs of issues and resolutions Conduct quality assurance and testing activities What you'll need Detection and quick fix of technical issues Computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of complex relational databases Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Customer-oriented approach to build trust and provide assistance Fluent English (B2 level) and Italian (Native or B2+) is core.
