What you'll doProvide first-level support to customers and partners, ensuring a seamless experienceDocument and manage detailed logs of issues and resolutionsConduct quality assurance and testing activitiesWhat you'll needDetection and quick fix of technical issuesComputer systems, mobile devices, and other tech productsBasic SQL knowledge and understanding of complex relational databasesStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsCustomer-oriented approach to build trust and provide assistanceFluent English
