Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of Power Drive System solutions and the world's 3rd largest producer of electric motors. We are looking for a:

CUSTOMER SUPPORTThe resource will collaborate with local Sales to develop new opportunities.

Responsibilities: Prepare requests for quotation and relevant orders for internal factories and third parties. Transfer customer order execution procedures to factories' project management teams. Coordinate the whole process flow in project execution. Respond to customers' complaints and escalate issues. Manage the technical and commercial change orders. Control project schedule and documents in close cooperation with Factory engineering, PM teams, and local Sales team. Facilitate project closeout reports and project review meetings with customers. Keep coordination and maintain relationships with 3rd party local suppliers. Qualifications: Electrical engineering degree or Industrial engineering degree preferred. Good experience in Electric motors (Low and Medium Voltage) and Electronic drives. Good knowledge of SAP system, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools. Native in Italian and fluent in English (both oral and written); knowledge of Spanish, German, or Chinese will be considered a plus. Ability to manage international projects involving EPC, Engineering, OEM, End Users, and different factories worldwide. Goal-oriented and problem-solving mindset. We offer: Permanent employment contract. Salary: 30-40K. Smart working. Workplace: Milano (MI) – Città Studi. Candidates based in Firenze (FI) or Vicenza (VI) will also be considered.
