Technical support engineer
We develop specialized drones, equipment and software to make cutting-edge drones for light shows.
Since our inception in 2020 we have already built a great team, and gained loyal customers around the world.
We are looking for: first-line technical support engineers to consult and help customers regarding correct setup and use of drones, equipment and software while preparing and conducting drone light shows.
Final year students and recent graduates are welcome, even with no experience.
Part time employment is also possible.
Your tasks will be:
- registration of customer requests;
- filling and refining of internal knowledge base based on customer requests and issues;
- working with manuals and instructions about correct setup and use of drones, equipment and software;
- working with development and production teams to fix bugs and solve customer issues.
We expect:
- good written and spoken English;
- good communication skills, friendliness, patience, ability to stay calm when the client is stressing out;
- aspiration to learn new technologies, equipment and software;
- ability to take responsibility for the results of your own work.
Nice-to-haves:
- experience in flying drones;
- experience with issue or task tracking systems.
