As a member of Este Lauder Companies Customer Service, you will be responsible for managing the various requests of our customers.

Part of your daily activities will be:

Communicates with our consumers by telephone, , live chat, messaging, social media, and in writing, using ELC and Consumer Care departmental systems.

Provides advice, answers questions, and promotes our brands in every interaction

Provides advanced sales through servicing to ensure well rounded and complete beauty solution for consumers

Places orders, resolves technical queries, and undertakes associated administrative activities

Provides first contact resolution on service inquiries and complaints, as well as more complex consumer questions and complaints on a wide variety of topics.

Liaises with leadership and other teams to ensure a full resolution for the consumer

Highlights opportunities to improve processes and the consumer experience and communicates regularly with colleagues andleadership

Your profile:

Perfect command of the Italian language, both written and spoken;

Mandatory intermediate level of English;

Interest in cosmetics, hair or skin products is a plus

High level of sympathy and empathy;

Ability to learn quickly;

Call center experience preferred;

Exent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
