A fantastic opportunity to join the Packly team as Customer Support.

You will be involved in the following activities:

- Support customers effectively by resolving issues raised

- Provide additional information or explain services to the customer

- Discuss the products offered and ensure customer satisfaction

- Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with the customer

- Complete supporting documentation based on feedback gathered

- Build and maintain relationships with customer

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge of French (at least C1);

- Advanced knowledge of English (at least C1);

- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
