Job Description: GRS Recruitment are working with a payment solutions provider, looking to recruit a Customer Support Representative for their offices in Nicosia.

The successful candidate will be part of the existing support team and will be required to work on a shift basis.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES Customer Consultation and responding to customers inquiries via e-mail, phone and chat Maintaining solid customer relationships in a timely and professional manner Liaise with the other departments when necessary Ability to work on rotational shifts 24/7 CANDIDATE PROFILE Fluent in English and German or Polish in writing or verbally.
