Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist our Italian customers with their inquiries and provide an outstanding customer experience.
This role involves responding to queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:• Provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with orders, product questions, and general inquiries. • Document and track customer interactions for service improvement. • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude. Requirements:• Strong Italian language skills (spoken and written). • English proficiency is not required but helpful (you may use translation tools). • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred. • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Comfortable working remotely.
