In this Role you will:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective, new and existing users
- Take ownership for keeping our users excited about the product through our various communication channels
- Understand our users' issues and facilitate their resolution
- Work with the team to constantly improve the customer success process, keeping it lean and manageable at all times
Your Profile and Mindset
- Striving in a destructured startup environment, not looking for the 9 to 5 role
- Excited by the idea of having direct contact with customers
- Propensity for problem solving and tend to prefer a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in stressful situations
- Ability to work independently, with an ambition to contribute to the project and improve existing processes
- Hungry to change the world starting from changing the banking experience
- Interested in Fintech and alternative investments especially in the Italian and UK markets
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both English and Italian (more languages are a plus)
- 1-2 years experience in a customer success, support, or inside sales role, at a finance, advertising, technology or Saas company
- Excellent listening and communication skills with a strong sense of empathy
