Customer Support Specialist
Main Duties**:
- Support Sales Team for the assigned territory, as well as Customer acquisition and nurturing existing customers
- Order processing, complete sales cycle under assistance of a CRM system
- Handling of customer complains, product returns and credits
- Participation in tender procedures on administrative, technical and economic side, pre and post award
- Responsible of administrative activities in the office
**Desired Training, Experience, and Characteristics**:
- Ideally, direct or indirect sales experience in medical sales.
- Ability to document a track record of lead generation success.
- Accurate data entry and record keeping skills.
- Must be an energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with mínimal support and direction.
- Must be PC literate, have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Native in Italian and fluency in English are mandatory
