WITHIN YOUR TEAM

Support Specialists at Esko are our client's heroes in their time of need.

We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused team player with good communication skills, experience in packaging, prepress, graphic arts or printing, who has a native or high level of Italian (spoken and written) and a good level of English.

**WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL**:

- Work in support requests across a range of Esko products.

- Have an extensive onboarding process and product trainings in Esko solutions like WebCenter, Automation Engine, Imaging Engine or ArtPro+.

- Be part of a friendly, supportive and diverse team that will help you when needed.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO IS**:

- Fluent speaker of Italian, and has a good level of English

- Friendly and a customer-focused team player

- Able to multi-task when the situation demands it

- At ease with computers and user level IT (Mac and Windows)

**OUR CORE VALUES**:

**YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:

- Good level of English Language Skills

- Knowledge of the packaging / graphics arts / prepress industry

- Experience using Esko products is preferred!
