Customer Support Specialist - Internship
CCH Tagetik is currently looking for enthusiastic new graduates or graduating students to start and build a fulfilling career within our dynamic Customer Support function in our offices in Lucca. At CCH Tagetik you will offer solutions for our customers' challenges, while working on your own career and personal growth ambitions. You will learn and develop a mix of advisory and technology skills that will help you define effective strategies and put them into action. Collaboration will sit at the heart of everything you do, as you work closely with both colleagues and clients.
You will:
- Assist the team with providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients- Understand how to respond to inquiries and follow ups through the use of our systems- Learn to organize your workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands- Learn how to navigate between multiple IT systems quickly and accurately- Learn to adhere to team quality standards for preparing client forms and submitting documents- Learn to maintain and grow existing customer businesses by providing outstanding service- Learn to find your own innovative solutions to the challenges faced by some of the world's leading companies-
- Interact with the customers (via Support Portal, mail, phone) about the issues and monitors the resolution process providing frequent feedback about the status of each incident.
You have:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Languages, Humanities- Positive attitude and interest working within teams of diversified skills- Proficiency with MS Office- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, including incident management skills- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new situations- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement- Knowledge of Accounting principles is preferred.
