Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Technical Customer Support provides excellent support to our Customers involving and assisting remotely our systems users in hospitals and stand-alone laboratory environments.

You'll be the face of Beckman Coulter to customers and support them, directly impacting patient health and overall well-being

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.

This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part our culture to develop and grow our teams.

Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in keys projects to deliver successful installations for our Customers that meet their requirements and that of our company

Complete troubleshooting, remote repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment both on technical and applicative issues.

Provide excellent and efficient support to Beckman Coulter's customers, along with technical training at customer site or by our dedicated showroom.

Accompany the digital transformation and contribute your IT knowledge to internal projects and remote assistance

Travel in the Country as required (10%), experiencing all the various locations our instrumentation is utilized.

This position services the whole territory group and will be located in Milan Office-remote.

Develop critical approach supported by DBS tools.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

Scientific degree (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering or similar)

2 years' experience in the same or similar role in the Medical Diagnostics industry

Proficient Italian and English is mandatory.

Demonstrate ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, software and networking logics.

Ability to interact with customers regarding admin documentation

Ability to work in team with a strong focus on problem solving.

Self-motivated role, very well self-organized, have a high level of initiative and communicate effectively with a wide range of hierarchical levels
