You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.
You won't just be a cog in the machine; you'll be a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies.
Your expertise will lead to the successful growth and retention of Kyndryl's most valuable accounts.
With your sharp eye for identifying and qualifying new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
Collaboration is key, and as Customer Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.
Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond.
Not only will you lead one or more Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
By building a strong go-to-market pipeline with our partners, you'll join forces to pursue and conquer new deals, taking Kyndryl to unprecedented heights.
